  Poor customer service, If I could rate them 0/4 stars I would!! The owner Robin treated us with the utmost disrespect the moment we questioned the service call fee to incorrectly diagnose our dishwasher. The male owner spent a few minutes at our house pushing some buttons then stated our control panel needed replaced. Turns out it doesn't need replaced just reset (which we figured out on our own). We still had to pay $67 for him to do nothing and incorrectly diagnose with an outrageous quote to fix a part that obviously isn't broken. I have other issues with this business as well. They also have a side tanning business. It had been 10 years + since I had "fake n baked" but last year prior to going on vacation I wanted to get a pre-tan so I would be less likely to burn. I used 2 of 8 tans $47 and thought that I could use the remaining tans 15 months later in preparation for my next vacation. No such luck WALCH APPLIANCE IS NOT FLEXABLE NOR POLITE BUT RATHER QUICK TO JUDGE AND DISRESPECT!! Never seek their poor service!! Also, Robin said we had 2 weeks to pay or she was going to send us to collections. She then sent us to collections the very day we had the disput, just 1 business day after he came to our house and provided no service. (We unwillingly paid the ridiculous fee) as she called my husband a "psycho"
